Seasons Greetings from Pembrokeshire, where the sun is trying to shine.
Christmas - won't go into details, but not the truly happy time with family that it should be. Next year we intend to go to Spain!
Today I am very tired, but actually not as bad as feared (after 11 hours of travelling yesterday), so getting a bit of laundry done, planning to at least start taking down the decorations and typing up this blog post. If you would like to join in with the weekly blog hop around crafty workspaces or just nosy to find out more, then go HERE.
No crafting happening yet, although planning to continue with a journalling course this week and make some Thank You cards. On my crafty table there is a box with the contents of the Crafters Companion Advent Calendar - a good mix of stamps, dies, embossing folders and a paper pad. I bought myself a magazine in the motorway services yesterday also. You can just see the edge of Maddie Moate's book - a signed copy, which I got as a present for the 2 grandchildren who live locally (they are too young, so it will sit on my bookshelf for now).
(The tatted hankies are sitting there ready to be made into a scrapbook page eventually.)
Hope everyone is well. No COVID here, except for the man who came to clean the ovens last week. We kept away from him and he was wearing a mask, so only had negative lateral flow test results since (I test myself every 3 days at least - more often if I am around other people.)
Back next week, with some crafting to show off.
ps I did get my Covid Booster - had a sore arm immediately, which worsened over about 48 hours, along with extreme fatigue. Otherwise I was ok.
pps A few people contacted me asking about the box of stamps that I will be sorting out. This will be done by next week and I will do a blog post showing all that is available. Email me (email@example.com) if you would like to be notified.
