It is now officially afternoon in chilly Pembrokeshire. The sun is out and the wind is calming down a bit (very stormy last night), so definitely better than yesterday.
I had plans to get this typed early this morning, but I actually didn't get up until 8 am and then had farm business worries to think about.
If you have anything crafty to show off, then join in via HERE.
It will be a short post, as no crafting is occurring in my craft room. My crafty table has some notebooks (and a guinea pig book written by a friend) ready for giveaways next week - on Instagram and Facebook, and I will do a couple of blog posts too for those not on social media.
You can also see the Crafters Companion Advent Calendar, which I am enjoying opening each day. I have had dies, stamps and stencils so far. A good variety and I will enjoy playing with them next year (although I do have a birthday card to make for early January, so perhaps one of the dies, a cute parcel shape, will be used for that).
I have lots of ideas for journals and logbooks (including some for the crafting community) for my Amazon shop, and going to start researching the world of Diamond Painting this afternoon. When I was doing a lot of diamond painting myself, I really wanted a logbook to record my projects, but could only find one actual book (and that didn't really inspire me). Therefore, I am going to get a really nice one designed (and perhaps one that is cheaper in paperback and black/white interior, and a hardback with a colour interior that is more of a special treat to yourself) and published for January.
Hope that everyone in the UK is surviving these storms. We could really do with some calm weather until after Christmas. Hopefully going to Somerset this weekend for a car event on Sunday - and perhaps stop for some shopping in Bristol on the way.
Here is Milky the Cat. She is 14 now and showing increasing signs of dementia, bless her. She definitely likes to keep us close.
